  Call post office they never answer the phone! Have had a package stuck in my community mailbox for seven days cannot get it out the front door of the mailbo, post office man never comes on a regular time! Call the main post office got stuck in voicemail hell Live person never answer the phone!

  We have had packages stolen out of our community mailbox numerous times! Someone straight up breaks the box open and steals the packages inside. Yet the mailman continues to deliver packages this way. And on a more than weekly basis our regular mail is placed in the wrong box and gone forever. Its unacceptable!! To make matters worse, there's nothing to do to prevent it from happening again! No one cares to fix it and there is no one to hold unaccountable for it. I've informed our regular postman and the Temps, that don't care. The USPS location doesn't care. What do I do!? How can I insure that I'll get my mail and my packages!?

  I am trying to get a passport. In order to turn in the application it requires an appointment. I have called multiple times and I have let the phone ring continuously for three minutes before it disconnected and nobody ever answers the phone. How are you going to make an appointment if nobody answers the phone? Finally, today i took a drive over there without the appointment only to find the door closed with a sign saying that passport applications are only taken from 10 to 2. Would have been helpful for that information to have been made available with the phone number. So, I drove back home having wasted 40 minutes of my morning. After 10 I tried calling a few more times still no answer. Going to drive over there again see if I can get this done. I am tired of wasting my time.

  I haven't anything good to say about this place, I'd rather have teeth pulled than try dealing with them. It's been three weeks and still no answers. The supervisors have no want to help and are quick to hang up. Trying to call there is like trying to call the white house, rings and rings and then they pick up and hang up.... not okay....
